Rowing in Uppsala

Rowing is one of the most versatile forms of exercise available and we definitely have one of the most beautiful training facilities in town – Fyrisån. UARS activities are aimed at everyone interested in rowing, beginners, recreational rowers and competitive rowers. We usually have beginners’ courses in both spring and autumn.

UARS is Uppsalas only rowing club. We have around 100 members and 30 boats. We row around 9 months a year and train the whole year around!
